Today started off with a very scary pop quiz that I was not expecting because we had just started yesterday and all we did was watch a video and take notes. No one really had learned the material yet. And today all we did was watch the video that we watched yesterday and took more notes. I always have trouble watching these long videos because the just get too boring and when it's dark I have the temptation to doze off uncontrollably. We talked a lot about sago which is food that is grown from a tree in the swamp. The sago tree can produce up to 70 pounds of sago per tree, but it is low in protein and can not be stored for long.
