Today we spent almost 40 minutes focusing on an Ancient Egyptian Powerpoint that had around 6 slides but was packed with information. The main topics that we learned about were these: The Nile and the "Two Lands", Gods, Humans, and Everlasting Life, The writing of the Words of God, Calendars and Sailboats, and the last topic was Pyramids and Temples. The one topic that interested me this class was the pyramids and temples because it is really cool to think about the fact that even 5,000 years ago, people were building massive, sturdy buildings that can somewhat compare to today.  I also enjoy learning about the mummification process because how did they know that the mummification would've worked so well.
